Susan Duggan

Susan attended her first year of law school at the University of Alberta before transferring to Osgoode Hall Law School at York University where she completed her degree. Prior to attending law school, Susan obtained a B.Sc. at the University of Toronto and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College.

Since her call to the bar, Susan has obtained working experience in both Family & Criminal law focusing exclusively on Family Law since 2012. Throughout her career, she has developed an honest rapport with her clients by exercising appropriate judgment and discretion in dealing with privileged and controversial matters. Her ability to negotiate, facilitate and mediate, along with her proficient organizational skills, has aided in her success both in and out of the courtroom.

Outside of work Susan enjoys keeping active. She ran in the Toronto Marathon and qualified for the Boston Marathon on her first attempt. She volunteers at her church and participates in a local book club.

Susan resides in York Region along with her three children.
